Flights, drives, rail, and transfers all live here.
Keep the property and dates alongside the rest of the trip.
Give each plan one time and meeting place to follow.
Add the reservations you already made. TripMate puts them in order, keeps every time local, and shares the plan with the people coming along.
Itinerary
The flight is in an airline app, the apartment is in an email thread, and dinner is somewhere in a group chat. Add what you already booked, and every flight, stay, and plan lands on the day it happens, so the trip reads top to bottom like the week you'll actually have.
Local times
Airlines print departures in one city's time and arrivals in another's. TripMate keeps each end of a flight in its own time zone, so a 7:30 PM New York departure and a 7:25 AM Lisbon arrival stay exactly as printed. Plans that run past midnight are marked "+1 day".
Arrivals
When several people fly in, everyone asks who's arriving when. Each traveler adds their own flight, and TripMate lines up every arrival and departure on one board, so whoever's doing the airport run knows who to collect, and when.
Sharing
A trip stays private until you invite someone. Send a link to the people coming along, and they see the plan and add their own bookings. Confirmation codes stay with whoever entered them and the trip's owner.
Private until you share it
Add the details once. TripMate puts the trip in order.
